“Roselawn sits very nicely in Cincinnati. . .Growing up, my uncle, per se, was a business owner here. He owned the Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Store that was on Section Road. And we would come over, you know, many, many years ago, when I was about 10 years old. I spent time here, working there, enjoying time with him and eating ice cream. . . So having some roots back here, some feelings back here to the project to the property and then to Roselawn itself, we thought it was a good .. . to take a building that's historically known, fix it up and bring some more opportunity for locals and for business owners.”
