my mother and my father's parents lived in the Old Laurel homes back when they came to Ohio. They came from West Virginia and Indiana on my mom's side and my dad's side, both were from Kentucky. So they came here in lieu of jobs. And, you know, some things they didn't have, you know, in the country on the farms and stuff. So we had a lot a lot this was city used to be popping, we still have a lot of stuff here and in cultural in culture and jobs have read somewhere along line that the music hall was like, the equivalent to Paris at one time. So I ended up here because I was ended up homeless. this the building that I live in now is set the precedent we have two more buildings now that are for homeless people. So it it means a lot. It means a lot to me. It's I've never really been on my own. I've never had my own apartment, and to be 53 coming into your own apartment is crazy. the photo is me in my apartment. And what I see is elderly disabled lady who is which I mean, I don't really look my age, but my body shortfills Who is safe? It's not easy for me to think on the fly, but she's in a she's blessed. She's in a safe place, physically, mentally. And that is it took a lot of people a lot of time and energy and effort to make this happen for me and the other residents of my building.
