WE ARE HERE TO GIVE PEACE

All of the teachers at the Academy of World Languages (AWL), they were so encouraging me on being in that [mock trial] program.
The picture is in Columbus. The judge, he wanted to give me the medals because he was very proud of me. When I first entered, I was so shy. I was like, I don't want to speak. I don't want to do this. But when I went to the mock trials, and he saw how brave I was, he was so proud of me.
People think what they think. I can't stop them off what they think, but I will give them the other image that they don't have in their mind—that we are not actually here to destroy places, we are here to give peace, to be the generation that helps and to build the country into a better country.
Right now I'm a second year college at UC. And I'm studying law in society; I want to be an immigration lawyer to help other immigrants to come here. Because the same way I got help, I need to help others.
