“I think Roselawn, in my opinion, it’s a nice, decent neighborhood. For the most part, it’s quiet. And people are friendly—most of the people get along. The management here is really good. . . it’s a decent community and it’s pleasurable. On nice days, we have benches to sit on. What’s neat in this building, they allow you to have a small pet, a little animal.”
