“Interesting enough to note about Reading and Section, it what we call the Roselawn Center building. . . it was the first office building that was deliberately built in the city of Cincinnati to decentralize offices from downtown. And go back to the southern part of Roselawn’s boundary, there’s Swifton, we used to call it Swifton Shopping Center. . . that was the first outdoor mall (in Cincinnati).”
